What to build

Type: AFK.

Add an optional Technical Audit adapter for PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals evidence. When configured, the adapter records raw provider payload references and normalized findings. When not configured or failing, it records safe adapter diagnostics and respects required/optional gate settings.

Acceptance criteria

  • Configured PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals evidence can produce Technical Findings and stage adapter results.
  • Missing optional configuration records skipped diagnostics without blocking promotion.
  • Required adapter failure blocks promotion through the existing requirement settings contract.
  • Tests are written first for measured, skipped optional, failed required, and dashboard paths.

Issue #9 completion audit

Requirements checked:

  • Configured PageSpeed/Core Web Vitals adapter results write run_stage_adapter_results, retention-managed raw_provider_payloads, and normalized Technical Findings when measured evidence supports a problem.
  • Missing optional adapter configuration records a skipped optional adapter diagnostic without blocking the Technical Audit run.
  • Required adapter failure is stored as a required failed adapter result and blocks Weekly Intelligence promotion through the existing promotion gate.
  • Dashboard output exposes adapter status/counts and safe diagnostics without raw PageSpeed payload bodies.
  • Tests were written first for measured, skipped optional, failed required, and dashboard paths.

Docs checked through ctx7:

  • PageSpeed Insights REST v5 /pagespeedonline/v5/runPagespeed returns Lighthouse categories, loadingExperience metrics, and analysis timestamp.
