What to build

Type: AFK.

Integrate the richer Technical Audit stage with Weekly Intelligence promotion. A required Technical Audit stage should block Active Weekly Plan promotion when the audit is failed, blocked, missing required adapter evidence, or missing completion artifacts; optional adapters should remain visible without blocking.

Acceptance criteria

  • Weekly Intelligence promotion reads Technical Audit stage status, adapter results, findings, and artifact-link completion evidence.
  • Required Technical Audit failure or missing evidence blocks promotion without replacing the current Active Weekly Plan.
  • Optional Technical Audit adapters can fail or skip while remaining visible in diagnostics.
  • Tests are written first for passing, failed required, skipped optional, and prior-active-plan preservation.

Issue #13 completion audit

Implemented and verified:

  • Weekly Intelligence promotion now treats required Technical Audit as a promotion gate and blocks when the required technical_audit stage is missing or not completed.
  • Promotion now blocks when a required Technical Audit adapter setting has no matching required adapter result row, or when a required adapter result is not completed.
  • Promotion now reads Technical Findings and blocks when actionable findings marked for coding-agent handoff do not have a technical_fix_handoff Reviewable Artifact with both main and technical_handoff links.
  • Optional Technical Audit adapter skips/failures remain visible in adapter result rows and do not block promotion.
  • A blocked Technical Audit gate preserves the prior active Weekly Intelligence plan instead of superseding it.
  • Schema design documentation now reflects the Technical Audit promotion gates.

Tests run on codex-server:

  • python3 -m unittest tests.test_site_crawler tests.test_technical_audit_worker tests.test_postgres_schema
  • Result: 108 tests OK
  • git diff --check: clean
